Its a great gym and offers a wide variety of equipment to use. Coming from a local, it is a great option for anyone who doesn't want to drive into Moscow everyday. I've been working out here with a group of friends for about a month and I've noticed that it is also a great place for people of all ages to come and get fit. Overall its a great place to be.

Love Nancy's fitness! It's a welcoming environment for everyone. As a woman that had 3 kids in 4 years, my body is very different and not as strong. I feel so welcome and comfortable each time I walk through the door!
