Had an emergency visit with our lab that needed stitches. They got us in and did a great job of taking care of her. Very friendly fast and affordable.

They're very professional, but yet down to Earth people who are most excellent in dealing with many types of animals. I trust them implicitly with my furry babies. I also love how economical they are and how easy it is to get your pet seen especially in emergency and serious life threatening situations. And I hear they make trips each year to our town's city hall to help make sure rabies shots are updated and given while city hall updates city tags. They're truly full service and a wonderful veterinarian office to help care for your animal babies.

I'll be looking for a new vet if possible and use them as a last resort. Took my goat in for pneumonia and knew he needed a shot of Draxxin. They told me they didn't hear him cough once and didn't hear ragged breath. They also told me his blood levels showed low Magnesium, but no mention of how low or how to correct. After acting like I was overreacting, they took an xray and confirmed pneumonia. Not 5 minutes on the ground after I brought him home, he had a coughing fit and I could hear ragged breath still. It was only after consulting with another vet that he told me some of his symptoms are due to low Mg and I needed to supplement. So $300+ later I got a diagnosis I already knew and zero help on how to solve an issue THEY pointed out.

The two stars is a push here. I had a horse emergency and that’s why they get the extra star because they were able to come out within 2 hours of it happening. Well it was absolutely a waste of time and money. They were rude, didn’t answer my questions and did absolutely nothing to help my horse. She only shaved and cleaned out a 3.5 inch deep wound that absolutely needed stitches. I could have easily done that. OH did not even think he needed antibiotics!! He lives outside! Seriously?! But they were too lazy to do it. “Keep it clean and it should heal just fine”. Um no. No it won’t. I was left in utter shock but I had to trust the “professionals”. Also how she wanted me to clean it would also have prolonged healing and made it harder to heal as well. I should have gone to WSU. Thankfully a friend had antibiotics I could use. If she didn’t, and it got infected I would have sued. It was on the path of 4-6 months of healing. No joke. But after a week and 1/2 it looked HORRIBLE so called another local vet who couldn’t come out originally. They came out immediately and had to mess with it, cut a ton of flesh off and out of the wound. This vet had to put 3 LAYERS OF STITCHES ON THE INSIDE OF THE WOUND ALONE! so a total of 4 layers of stitches. 3 weeks after having the other vets out it was almost perfectly healed and he was on a boatload of antibiotics during this too!! Which was never prescribed by North Palouse!!! He is fine and happy and riding now. But I will never recommend or use North Palouse again. I would rather overpay and go to WSU or somewhere in Spokane before thinking of using them again. So disappointed with them. Waste of money using North Palouse.

They drove over an hr through a snow storm to put our dog to sleep for us so he wouldn't have to have another bad night. They were kind and made it as easy as possible for us- considering the situation. I'm so very appreciative of them.

I took my puppy in for an exam because she was limping. After a quick once over with no X ray I was given instructions of " keep her off it and keep her calm" meds? "Not necessary " after about 5 minutes of back and forth I said I'll feel better if you give me some seeing as its Friday and Monday is a long time away if she's not getting better. Long weekend. Miserable puppy and distraught humans le to second opinion at New Vet. Immediately had X Ray's and found metal spiral up in her pad. I had stated that was my thought from the beginning and was assured that there was no metal. My dog suffered needlessly for 3 days and then they have the audacity to send me a $300.00 bill. My question is what the hell are you billing me for? You did nothing for my dog besides leave her in misery for 3 days. You should've paid my vet bill and apologized for your incompetence! Lala's mom

I wanted to establish a vet for my two dogs. I was told about Dr. Sherry's. I brought them in and my visit was nice (It was so we could meet.) I got a rescue dog and took her in too. I Seen Dr. Langworthy. I liked him. He talked and shared info. One later, possibly broke her foot. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. I called when I got there to wait in the car and watched ppl going in and out. I called and said I had been waiting for a hour, they said. Oh we didn't have you on the schedule. I said you did when I got here to check in. Than she said. We were just coming out to get you. What's your name?.Was not happy with that, after sitting there for an hour. Long story short. I was told it would be an hour and a half. I came back. They were all sitting eating. ( Which would be fine, except) I was there for hours. I waited again and just with the visit with Dr. Sherry, I was not happy. They never gave her pain medicine, I left , stopped and had to call and ask if I should have gotten some for her broken foot. I had to go back. It was an all day event. I had left my house at 9:am ,got home after 4 pm. Not right for my fur babies.

The went above and beyond for me when my local vet was not able to. They made a terrible situation better for me to the best of their ability. The pet cremation services through the company they partner with were lovely as well. I am forever thankful.
