Did a propane swap but they gave me an empty tank. Called to see if I could get a refund since they didn't provide a receipt but the cashier hung up on me. Called back and all I get is the busy signal.

I have been a customer for 15 years and liked the service at the Sinclar. But, the service has declined and everytime I stop to get a Lottery ticket the cashiers say its shift change and they can't help me or they stand behind the counter on their "dump phones" and ignore me. I've started getting everything I need at the Last Chance Service Station where their much nicer, more accommodating and provide better services. You've lost a Customer for ever.

Needed 4, 5 gallon jugs of water. Told they would not let me have the water! Odd how for maybe 1/1000th of a penny they'd send me away where I was going to fill with gas and have lunch. Very sorry I've been using them for fuel and lunch over the years!
