the customer service is excellent and it is an overall great place to bank with i personally disagree with the transaction limits though

US Bank in Preston is terribly slow... we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes today for what should have been a very easy transaction. Why do you offer these services if you make it so difficult for customers to use them?
