Eileen helped us close our PO Box. The post office was busy before closing time with a long line behind us. Even with the time crunch, she was patient, kind, and thorough. Great experience!

Our mail lady never takes the outgoing mail, causing bills to be late. They constantly forget to leave the keys to the package boxes, or forget to deliver packages.

Refuses to deliver mail despite changes being made to mailbox location for clear easy delivery. Have followed their rules, won't follow their own. Large pains butt, uncooperative. Used to be great, now service too lousy to rate.
