She then proceeded to tell me all I needed to do was reset drum unit. Saved me the time and money of taking printer in. There was a 10 day time to get it back because we don't have too many great stores like this that will fix items. We are encouraged to buy new. Thanks so much AllTech Imaging Technologies.
