And, according to what I was told, my being a tenant there was greatly appreciated.I would attribute that to being a responsible tenant, always paying my rental fee timely, and treating the owners with the respect and loyalty they deserved.My sister in CA has a rented storage unit that is costing her $250 per/mo! That's quite a bit higher than the price of a similar unit at this facility.As far as getting along with the owners, it's like any relationship as far as I'm concerned; one will reap what one sees.”

It is clean, they have paved roads, they have a gate and great security, they have brush guards on the doors and best of all they have great prices! If we ever get the chance to move back to Priest River, I am definitely using Spartan Storage for our extra storage space!”
