This is my favorite storage facility in all of Priest River. It is clean, they have paved roads, they have a gate and great security, they have brush guards on the doors and best of all they have great prices! If we ever get the chance to move back to Priest River, I am definitely using Spartan Storage for our extra storage space!

Facility is very clean and very easy to access. Security is great. Facility deserves 5 stars, but I took away one star due to $9 per month REQUIRED lock rental. Other storage units allow use of personal lock. I am concerned who has the master to the rented lock. I added my own lock as well.

They are awful company. All they do is take your money and if your late they charge you late fees every other day. They never answer the phone or do they ever call back, no matter how many messages you leave,they will never call you back....new update got a reply from management and was very rude.saying I never responded to them sending text messages altho I have called their phone number many times when no person answers the phone or returns calls I've made and responded to their test messages
