This pharmacy is very helpful and our prescriptions are always filled quickly. The staff is VERY friendly and I highly recommend this pharmacy. They check information thoroughly and I have never had an issue.

This was my first and last time coming here. Everyone was so nice and I feel really bad writing this review but I need to share and hopefully bring some awareness to others using this pharmacy. I picked up what I thought was my prescription, I was only asked my name. I was given a prescription that had my name on it but spelt wrong, I never was verified my address or birthday. When you pick up a prescription, you're supposed to verify information on the key pad, but the employee was the one clicking the green button like everything was correct and then just had me sign. My name was spelt wrong on the prescription and that's why they couldn't accept my insurance. I paid hesitantly, and left. I got in my car and started looking at the prescription closer which is what I should have done before I paid and left the building. As I read, it was the same name only wrong spelling, wrong address, and wrong birthday. Wrong medicine. I'm pregnant and if I had taken this medicine, who knows that could have happened. I went back in to tell them what happened. I was polite, so were they. They gave me the correct medicine, and took my insurance this time. I got a refund as well but will take a couple days to get back on the card. I'm writing this to let other people know to double check and verify their name, birthday, and address. I also would like the employees to be double checking and verifying the prescription before they give them to their customers. Thank you.

White cross have given me run a run with my medication, I wish more people could think of people health and offer good service than been lie to and this went on for months. The doctor sent in my prescription and they told me its not there. I would recommend strongly not to use them.

Normally wouldn't post a negative review but when you wait for over a half an hour in a drive-thru to pick up a prescription that is unacceptable. There were four vehicles all waiting for service. Well three customers left due to the service. Finally went inside only to hear excuses. Funny thing is I live in SoCal with well over the population of Idaho yet we don't have the service issues this White Cross has. Beat bet go down the road to Safeway for prompt and efficient service.
