We went looking for a smoker. Helpful greeter at the door. Very knowledgeable about the smoker we were looking at. Smoker was delivered a day later. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and delivery driver.

Every time I have been in there, there is a greeter at the front door ready to help with whatever you may need! They are all very prompt, helpful, and welcoming.

The assistant manager Dave I believe…was AMAZING! I walked in and the greeter was very rude to me and gave me wrong information about shipping. Said I had to have my label printed (this is true only if shipping from amazon I was not) She was so rude. I asked to speak to Dave and he was SO KIND so helpful. In today’s world. A lot of people show they don’t like their job. (Those people shouldn’t be greeting the door) but Dave totally fixed the situation and I will be returning to ACE. The point of my visit was to ship a Mother’s Day package. Thanks to Dave I was able to do that! Thanks again!

Seright's Ace Hardware in Rathdrum, ID is an excellent hardware store with a wide choice and variety of whatever you may need. The employees are friendly, courteous and above all helpful. In my opinion this is an excellent hardware store. It's a pleasure to shop there.
