About Dakota Storage
Easy self-access, clean, dry and well-built units with good customer support. Service was great and touchless, very organized and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean, dry and met needs extremely well. Quick emails back and promise to call back. After 10 months the deposit has not been received, and support has not returned the call. Overall the location/facility is everything needed for storage. Very organized. They will try here again if ever need storage service.

Easy self-access, clean, dry and overall well-built units, good customer support. Removing one star as they will steal your deposit. After 10 months I still haven't received it back. Support will promise to call back but they never will.

Service was great, touchless! It was so easy to reserve, pay for and access the storage unit. The unit was clean, dry and met our needs extremely well. When we had questions we got quick emails back. If we ever need storage service again, we will first try here! Thank you Dakota Storage.
