Ponsness are some of the best machines made on the market today. I have two, 800 plus machines and a 900 Elite. Once you set them up correctly, they will run forever. Excellent customer service and a top of the line product.

The folks at PW are very accommodating. I dropped off my 800 plus in the morning and they had it fixed by lunch time which save me a second trip back ( 7 hrs worth of driving)!
