Don’t fall for the Christmas sale. It is “original price 50%.”. A week ago you got a better cheeper price. Some of the stuff was already 50% off and you got an additional percentage off depended on how much you’re purchased. I was just in there, and prices were higher than before.

I rented an aerator from Rathdrum Trading Post and the guys bent over backwards to fit me into the schedule to get one when I called, right then. Matt then offered to drive over to my house to help me unload it here and then also came back later to help me load it back in my pickup. I greatly appreciate their help! Customer service was really top notch! Thank you.

This was my last hope for finding some plumbing supplies, I had gone to all the big stores and plumbing outfits in Spokane and CDA. Everyone told me to call the manufacturer for a solution. However, Matt (I think was his name), took the time to listen to me and look over all the parts I had and helped me find an out of the box solution! Customer service is at an all time low but these guys went above and beyond. THANK YOU!!!

They have no storage space so you can pick up half an order and come back to get the rest. They do not offer a solution. I felt like my needs we not important that it is all about the store and the customer doesn’t matter.
