I was in the other day and noticed Gospel music playing in the lobby. While Gospel music is beautiful and uplifting to some, playing it in a bank lobby might not vibe with everyone’s beliefs or moods.

“12.16.25: I had to go inside and actually speak with a bank teller. There was no line and Brandon was the teller who assisted me. He was very nice and professional and had noticed it was my birthday recently and wished me a happy birthday week. Everything went smooth and there were no issues with my request and transaction.
Brandon did an awesome job informing me of a savings account promotion they were having and even offered to have a banker contact me with more info and details.”

“Nice, wide aisles & very clean. The shelves are well stocked & the items are neatly displayed. Even the parking lot out front looks good. All the staff that we dealt with were very friendly & helpful. We're from out of town, but the prices seemed reasonable. Once we walked in to the store the delicious orders wafting from the bakery were tantalizing! I wanted to buy a slew of doughnuts right there. Thank goodness the Mrs better common sense prevailed & we stuck with the items on our grocery list. A very nice store.”

“My personal experience with this branch is amazing even though Chase at large isn't great. I've kept my accounts with Chase basically because I really like the team at this local branch. Ryan and Shawn and Holly have been amazing for me and my business. I'm very grateful for their service and attention to detail. The lines get real long sometimes because it's a small little branch but they crank through the lines pretty well. In my experience it's the best Chase branch around. If this review was for Chase Inc it would be a different rating lol.”
“We love love love Erika! She helped my boyfriend open an account with Wells Fargo. I have been banking with WF for years & I finally switched him over. His first ever experience with WF was with Erika and she was nothing but amazing. She is the sweetest person ever. She answered any and all questions we had.
