Called ahead of time to see if they refill propane tanks, they said they did. I drove to this location the next day and they told me they only do exchanges! Will never go to another Ace Hardware again!

Sonie helped from green house to store to register to car and answered all my questions, and chatted for fun too a bit.

Excellent, knowledgable, and fun workers make going to Ace Hardware a joy for me.
Colby listened patiently, cheerfully helped me find several things I needed, answered my many questions at the store, and put the heavy bags in my cart for me . Jason honestly and quickly answered questions on the phone, was patient at the cash register when I changed my mind and wanted to shop a little longer, and helped me to my car.

Called in to see if they carry rock tumbling grit and they sed yes come on over.
We drove 40 minutes with confidence just to get shot down that they do have rock tumbling grit:( very disappointed. I used to like this Ace, they have now lost my trust

Both Colby and Ben were very friendly and very Helpful.
I didn't get to work with Ben quite as much, but Colby was super knowledgeable and stuck with me until I was satisfied with what we could find.
I am very pleased with my visit, and I definitely will be coming back for future projects; especially if Colby and Ben are around.

Wow ... I was just trying to buy 8 small screws with 8 nuts. I put down the weight price which came out to be $2.57 at the register. I went to pay but then was told I put down the wrong price on the little bag. I waited patiently as he went to verify the price. 3 minutes later he came up with a new price of $2.80. I was about to pay again but was then told I must show him the exact bin I took the screws and nuts out of. I didn't have time for that. So I handed him a $5 bill and said you can just keep the change. He wouldn't accept it and said if I want the screws I had to show him. Anyway I left ... I guess they lost a 20 year customer over 23 cents.
