They have great amenities, the apartments are kept clean (they remind me of my mom with how obsessive about cleanliness they are) And the people down at the office are always super courteous and helpful! “My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and we love it. The apartments are great for a couple just starting out. The landlords are awesome and throw a fun party in the summer for the tenants to kick off school! We love that the apartments are pet friendly and a reasonable price.”

“I’ve lived here for several semesters and I’ve loved it. It’s not about the appearance of the apartment(you get what you pay for), it’s about the quality of the residents that live here. People are friendly, wave to you from the windows, neighbors chat with you, and the ward is FANTASTIC. The apartment management is very kind and genuinely cares about their residents-a rare quality indeed. It’s a delightful, village-like atmosphere and I’d highly encourage living here for as long as you can. This complex also contains one of my favorite old trees, a willow hidden behind one of the buildings, which is gorgeous in spring.”

“Hillcrest is a great place to stay! The Manager Quincy is wonderful and does a great job trying to keep up with everyone here and make sure we sre comfortable. There are some complaints about the Heating and AC, but when you factor in the age of the complex, there were different building codes and requirements. The Heaters are more than enough to heat the space if doors are left open to allow the heat to pass through. It's a wonderful location and has the added benefit of bot having too many people cramped into a small space.”

“We loved living at University Courtyard. The apartment/property is perfect for newly-weds. We ended up taking over someone's lease and the office/management was amazing to work with when figuring things out. Katelynn, the manager, as well as the maintenance guy Blake, are both super helpful. It's also super close to campus, the temple, and a straight-shot to any errands we need to run which is really nice. We never had any issues with the laundry or anything with the property itself either. Everything always did the job and the local family ward is really great too. We're on the second floor and reading the reviews initially I was worried about the weather/ice, but in our experience, it's well maintained and has never been an issue. :)”
