Called in to check on a refill and the pharmacy tech lady was not very nice at all. Very blunt, short answer and kind of "she needs a hug today" cause something was not right. She coud use some training on how to be nice to customers.

I’m sorry to post this review but enough is enough.Broulim’s Pharmacy has been such a pain to work with. The only pro of this establishment is its location on Main Street.The con of poor reliability is the reason I’m posting this review.I’ve been going to Broulim’s pharmacy for the past 4 years. For the first 3 years everything seemed to be okay. But this past year my monthly refills have hardly ever been filled when they promise to fill them.Just yesterday I called in a fill request at 12 pm. They said it would be done in less than an hour. I drove up to the window at 4 pm to pick up my prescription, only to find out that it wasn’t even next in the queue… They said that the pharmacist still needed to look over everything. Then they said I was “more than welcome” to wait, but that if anyone pulls up behind me I need to let them go and circle around. This isn’t the first time this has happened. There have been at least 5 other times where my prescription was either delayed or forgotten, and I just can’t accept that this service is reliable anymore.Once Grand Peaks Medical pharmacy is done with construction, I am 100% moving over to their service instead.Sorry Broulim's, your business’s unreliability outweighs the convenience of your location.

I was diagnosed with a sinus infection but I’ve been in significant pain for about two weeks. When the doctor asked me which pharmacy I preferred, on a whim I said “Broulim’s”. Man, I truly regret that choice. The doctor’s office told me they would be busy and it would likely take them an hour to fill the prescription. I went there after the hour was up and they had to verify the prescription since the doctor’s office left a voicemail. They told me it would take another hour to fill the prescription. So, I kill another hour and come back and was told maybe another 10-15 minutes. This was inconvenient because I have a sitter and have already asked them to hang on for an extra two hours. I thought these guys would be more prompt but I wasn’t impressed with the way any of them handled this.

I'm reviewing the reviewers mostly. FYI, the pharmacy is not the same entity as the market. The pharmacy does not sell sodas or flowers or produce. Please be sure of what you are writing up.Personally, I have found the pharmacy to be very good over a period of years. The pharmacists have been wonderful, though not all the techs. The pharmacy does not take GoodRX b/c GRX sells info to other marketers. I wish that were a matter of choice. I just know if I need GRX that I will have to go elsewhere.

This pharmacy used to be the best in town but ever since they took they're long-term techs and pit them in the call center it's gone downhill. One of my meds requires prior authorization from my insurance and it hadn't been approved by the time it needed filled. So I was just going to use the goodrx gold card. Well broulims pharmacy doesn't accept anything but insurance or their "discount" plan. The meds I needed filled are not allowed to be ran on their discount plan do my cost would have been $256. I went to Albertsons used the goodrx card and it cost me $13.84. I had Albertsons call to transfer all my prescriptions from Broulims to their pharmacy. One of prescriptions was transferred to Walgreens along with my sons prescriptions. The rest never got transferred anywhere. They need to quit hiring all these young kids and rotating them through every other month. Now because of the mess they caused I can't get my prescriptions filled until it gets straightened out.

Broulims pharmacy in Rexburg is amazing! They take so much time to make sure you get the medicine you need. I am very thankful to them!

I went to go pick up my medication, there was no people in line. I understand that it takes time, but I kept getting told it will take them 20 minutes. So I decided to come back in a couple of days. When I showed up, my prescription still haven't been filled and got told it would take them 20 minutes. I understand it's busy, but don't understand why it would take a long time to fill prescriptions. It felt like my time was being wasted.

Recently bought 5 soda because they had a deal $5 for 5. However, their lemonade tasted like fungus.. couldn’t find the expiration date. Probably not going to but any soda at Broulims anymore

The conditions at this store in regards to the ongoing pandemic are laughable at best, currently there are no notices posted warning about the conditions or requesting customers wear masks. They layout of the front funnels people through a small walkway not conducive to social distancing. I watched multiple employees wear their masks with their nose exposed or removing them entirely to speak to customers. There are no markings on the floor requesting social distancing and overall the store seems to be encouraging people to do those things which will only cause this pandemic to kill more people. I am appalled that companies are still not treating this seriously and will not be shopping at the store until this pandemic has been dealt with.

Went to get food at the cupbob place to get lunch. My mom and I walked up the the front counter and the male worker that was working said he had a minute and a half left on his break and that we need to take a lap around the store and come back. You have 90 SECONDS of your break left and you want us to take a lap around the store...? Yeah, we did NOT get food from here and will NOT get food here again. #PoorService
