Downeast offers a great selection of super cute clothes, dresses, and accessories. The customer service is amazing, excellent, and comfortable. Staff are very welcoming, kind, polite, and helpful immediately upon entering. They take genuine care, spending time to help find the right fit and size, make great suggestions, and give clothing recommendations for the perfect outfit without any pressure to buy. The store is a little small, but the service is the best, leaving customers with hope.
