We bought a $400 cannister light only to find that it was loose, the top is too heavy and will therefore not point towards anything but the ground. We have called several times and they don't answer or return our calls.

I bought 3 sticks of 1" EMT tubing. Paid $30/stick.Found out I could get same at Home Depot for $14/stick. No trouble returning it though. However, the counter help is in no rush to provide service. Obviously they are not into customer service or competitive pricing.
