I recently went to kettles to have some engraving done on something that was very important to me. When I picked it up, I was disappointed in the final product. So I called Kettles and ask for Matt. I explained the situation and he told me to bring him back and I did. We looked at it together and he could see why I was disappointed.He started coming up with ways to fix the problem. Finally he asked where Id bought this item. I told him he said you know what I think the simplest way to fix this is for me to simply go buy a new product and engrave it. He went above and beyond to meet my needs to make sure I was satisfied, and I cannot say enough about his ability to have a successful customer service experience. Five stars Matt well done!

I am in charge of the Sugar Salem Baseball/Tball/Softball program. We get our jerseys done here every year. They look amazing and are made very quickly. Everyone here is amazing. We definitely will continue to use Kettle Embroidery! Thank you so much for the Amazing service!

I recommend that you don't use them, for me I am done. Usually something wrong with the order, this last time I didn't get what I ordered or expected. I gave them a sample to copy. Nope, they couldn't get it right. Not the first time. I would like to give them zero stars, but Google won't let me.

I didn't know that I could get my business apparel embroidered so fast and for such a good price. They have been willing to work with my deadli es from day one, and I really appreciate it. Good people and customer service!

This place is an awesome print shop for anything you could imagine! Personally I design logos to put on shirts and they print it in vinyl for me. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is great! I would recommend asking for Elizabeth Jones, she’s the only employee I ask for now since she emails me different options before everything is put into motion and even gives me a date when the job will be done!

Did not love my experience here. The turnaround time was longer than quoted. I had called and asked for a rough estimate on prices for what I was looking to do. After I dropped the shirts off and sent over the designs to be printed they never went over the pricing with me before finalizing the printing on the shirts. When I went to pick them up they were trying to charge 2-3x more than what was originally quoted. My request was a little difficult but no one communicated what the cost was going to be. They worked with me to get the price down but I won’t be using them again. If you have a bulk order I would consider them. Any complicated or small specific printing needed I would not use this place.

It's hard to imagine a local business more connected to the community. From their regular social media interaction to their huge support of the 4th of July parade, Kettle Embroidery *is* Rexburg. And, no, I have zero financial interest in the business nor reason to promote them. They're just good people.

I ordered a custom stamp, and they made it quick and for a good price. The process to send my design over was easy, and they didn’t ask me a bunch of unnecessary questions like another place in town that does stamps. Simple and easy!
The stamp was missing part of the design when I got it, so they took it in to fix it, free of charge. I would definitely recommend this place!
