“I recently had an issue with a reclining sofa I bought over a year ago from O’dells. I called on a Saturday morning and Derek came up to Ashton to troubleshoot the problem. He wasn’t able to fix it that day but had the delivery drivers pick it up on Monday. I had my sofa back on Thursday! No charges! Derek is the best and very knowledgeable.
