My wife and I were both absolutely impressed with the service they offer here! We were able to get a generous offer on the car we were trying to sell and get a new ride in the same day. All the cars offered are in top condition and very reasonably priced. The owners are friendly and excellent problem solvers. Shout-out to Oakley for being the best dealer out there!

I’ve always assumed “bigger was better” when it came to buying a vehicle, but New Ride Auto completely changed that perspective. After my truck was totaled, I began searching for a reliable mid-sized SUV. I already had financing secured, but after visiting a few larger dealerships, I left unimpressed — the cars were overpriced, and the salespeople were pushy, trying to talk me into their own financing.
Through my job at a local locksmithing company, I’ve worked with Oakley from New Ride Auto several times. Not only does he send his customers to us for extra car keys, but he’s personally come in to make sure his customers are taken care of — which speaks volumes about his integrity.
When I saw they had a car that fit what I was looking for, I stopped by. From start to finish, Oakley and his dad, Darrell, were excellent to work with — upfront, honest, and zero pressure. The car was exactly what I wanted: clean, well-maintained, and fairly priced. They even worked around my schedule to make everything simple.
Buying from New Ride Auto was by far the smoothest and most genuine car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in the market, and I’ll be recommending Oakley and Darrell to anyone who asks.

Extraordinary quality of service and a sweet ride!
Oakley is a pleasure to work with, and he definitely went above and beyond to help us find the right car. He was able to hook us up with a gorgeous 2020 Mazda CX-5 for a very solid price. We'll be back to work with Oakley here next time a family member is in the market for a new car!
The Mazda drives like a dream, and performs like it's new. The engine purrs like a cat and everything under the hood looks spotless. We've had it for a few months now, and it still brings a little smile to my face every time I drive it. It's looking like this car will serve us well for a long time, so thanks guys!

If you are or ever are in the market to buy a new car, I recommend no one other than Oakley and Darrell. They have been over the top in making our situation work for us to get the best deal that we could while making sure we could get a reliable vehicle. As teen parents we were always scared that we wouldn't be able to get up onto our feet, but they have helped in every way they could to make it happen.

I had a terrible experience with Darell. I had previously seen this car at another dealership and had it inspected, which revealed around $2,000 worth of needed repairs. When I called, I didn’t realize the car had been moved to his dealership. I simply asked if the issues had been addressed and if my original offer still stood.
At first, he seemed confused (understandably), but once I explained, he became defensive, insisting the car had no issues. When I shared the inspection report, he dismissed it and accused the mechanic of trying to make money. He also claimed the car was sold but still asked for my offer—then suggested I “probably lowballed,” which I didn’t.
Even after agreeing to the price, he remained rude. When I told him he wasn’t being very nice, he accused me of “harassing” him for merely asking if the issues had been fixed. He openly admitted he was rude and essentially told me to “screw off.”
This dealership came across as untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unwilling to take accountability. I will not be shopping here again.
