“I liked them overall and I would give them a 5 star review. However the last time I went before I left Rexburg to go home they did a checkup on my car because of a leak they had mentioned. Mechanic looked at it, told me it was fine. Come home to Washington state and my families mechanic was like oh yeah they didn't tell you about all these issues. So their mechanic is either lacking in skill or dishonest but their technicians are good at what they do and professional.”

“I am a big fan of doing my own oil changes but on cars that it’s really annoying to do I recommend zippy lube. They are quick and really good and it’s only about $15 more than doing it yourself. Worth the cost for a lot pf hard to work on cars or ones that need special tools”

“The staff was friendly, quick, and courteous. Informative without being pushy. I did have to wait an hour despite having an appointment, so I am not sure of the benefit if scheduling, but they moved quickly to get us in soon. They were out of the product we needed, but offered us the premium product for no more charge”
