    “The store itself was fine, but when it came time to check out with my one pay app there was very little cell phone service at the register open the app. Tried using the CC and the machine didn't want to accept it either. Finally just had to wait for the app to load which took a good 5-10 minutes in order to check out.”

    “This pharmacy makes it simple to get my medications. It’s usually in and out, which I appreciate. I’ve only had to wait a longer period of time once. Understandably so too because it was close to closing before a holiday so the line was quite long.The pharmacy tech was so patient and kind, despite how overwhelmed they may have been. They still had a positive attitude and smile on their face.I really appreciate this pharmacy!”

    “Adjusted edit later, showing previous experience for other customers. So disrespectful over the phone. Will fix my review when this gets fixed, but similar to others in regards to photos and printing. Store is fine for overpriced snacks, never have gotten prescriptions from here and likely wont with others comments. But holy cow some snobby workers here. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Edit after the whole fiasco. Adjusting from 1 star to 4 stars. Jennifer was a huge help. I dont know who I spoke to previously, but Jennifer was so kind and professional. I dont know what it was, but it was like I was speaking with two completely different companies yesterday and today. Super easy fix. Also for photo needs, Id recommend Starr Photo & Video endlessly. They were so quick in helping me figure out my issues, and clarifying the details.”

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
