“TL;DR - Great service and excellent for when you need something specific. Plan ahead if its middle of the day or a holiday.
Went on Presidents Day and it was busy since the BYU-I print store and post office were closed.
We waited about 10 minutes but they had about 6 people working and were doing a good job of getting people through.
We printed 250 busy cards for $27 and had been quoted $50 for 100 at another store. They also printed one and double checked with us to see if it was what we wanted.
It took about 2 minutes for all of the cards to print. Then around 6 minutes for the cards to be cut out. So in total, it was 18 minute time to do what we came in for.
Only concern/complaint is wait times and limited seating. However, it is understandable because of the holiday.”

“Attempted to get this same product from Zippy’s and the customer service was just not that great, we got turned away initially due to a small water mark. So my coworker and I did some extensive research and found another similar pdf, without a watermark, and were turned away again from zippy’s simply because we were the same customer.
Called Alpha graphics and explained the situation they not only were very enthusiastic, but were cheaper and faster than what we were quoted at zippys.”
