After renting for a few years they started charging 10% extra for renters insurance. They never asked if we wanted it and didn't give us the option to get our own insurance. They just added it to our monthly bill and never responded about the extra unauthorized cost.

Raised their rent by 30% overnight. Out of the blue started charge for insurance without permission or approval.
