This frustration could have been avoided if your rules about minimum order quantities had been mentioned any time since February when your company reached out to me about doing business.
I was under the impression it was to be a sample order of some very expensive shirts. I’m not going to order a bunch of them to start, specially working with a new company.
All this talk about respect, it would have been respectful to my time to make your rules clear from the start. Rather than wait until I’m finally ready to make the order and cancel.

Tanner Erikson’s customer service could use some work. This company reached out to me asking how they could print my stuff, after over a month designing a sample order of shirts he cancelled order because it wasn’t up to his standards. He didn’t even take the time to review order details left by previous employee I was working with. Waste of time.

I've been working with these guys for almost 10 years and haven't even thought about switching. These guys are consistent. They have the highest quality prints. I never see cracking in my designs like I see with so many other places. Screen printing and embroidery are top tier!

Textile Graphix always gets us our shirts quickly! We've printed hundreds of shirts with them and the quality is always top notch. Their customer service is quick, and I've never had a reason to complain. 10/10!

Great design. Unfortunately, it was an unlicensed "for personal use only" piece of clip art made by someone else. Again: great design, but don't expect something that is legal to redistribute.The intent to redistribute the design on merchandise was explicitly stated.Additionally, Textile Graphix offered to print the merch for us, with said stolen design.

I have tried to get in contact with them for over a month. They don’t answer their phone. They don’t answer my messages on their Facebook page although they read them. It shows that they read my messages, yet they don’t reply. They’re simple messages like “How can I get a hold of you?” Or “I tried calling, but no one picked up, what’s the best way to reach you?” I’ve even tried to just explain why I’m trying to contact them, which is to see if they’ll buy some unused blanks at discounted price from my previous clothing brand that I know they use for their company too. It’s not like I’m bombarding them with messages, they’re spread out between days and weeks.I’ve met them before when I paid them a visit about 6 months ago and they are nice, but not answering people is a big no for me. I’ll take my business elsewhere for sure.

Textile Graphics is such an awesome place! The workers there are super friendly and they have such a friendly environment. They print amazing clothing and snowmobile wraps (is that the word?) If I ever need clothes printed for something I know who I'd go to.
