For work reasons i am very versed with Uhaul and i am consistently renting but usually in a different state. This Uhaul location has the best people! They are helpful, on top of everything and most of all they are kind in business which is hard to find nowadays. They are phenomenal to work with and i will be telling everyone to go here. DJ was amazing at this U-haul location! There was a mix up with my mobile check in and DJ came to the office after they closed just to help me get everything sorted! He was super knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. This all made my moving experience less stressful!! Thanks DJ!

I would give 0 out of 5. Way too expensive. It’s literal highway robbery, and they didn’t even have the size of truck I reserved, forced me to take a smaller truck, or go an hour out of my way to pick up the truck I reserved. There are 3 locations in rexburg!!! And I’ve driven past each one, and they have every size of truck!! What gives U-Haul???

I cannot say enough good things about this location! DJ went above and beyond to take care of my husband and I. He got us everything we needed for our move. Hands down the best Uhaul experience I have ever had. If you are in Rexburg, make sure you go to this location!!

I just googled a U-Haul place and called, assuming it was a different one.The truck was in good shape, the guy didn't nickel and dime me, and I got a good price. The area was super clean, and I didn't feel like they were trying to hustle me for 'extra'. I won't bash on other places in town of course, but I would absolutely recommend this place and will come back myself.

We've used Self Storage Plus for U-haul rental twice now. DJ is super helpful. He helped me get a competitive rate from St Louis MO to Logan UT. He checked up on me before our move to make sure everything was in order and made sure I knew he was available for questions and help throughout the move. U-haul in general has been very good to us, throwing in free mattress covers and tie down ropes. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
