I had a complex problem to where online banking customer service couldn’t help me but when I came in and worked with Nicci, she was extremely helpful with getting it resolved and got her manager Mackenzie to help take care of the problem. Great people!

Our work account at US Bank needed updating and there were a few complications with getting this done, but I must give a SHOUT OUT to both Connie & Mikenzie for their excellent customer service during the process! They were patient and very helpful!
