Not sure why, but this is the 2nd PO Box we have rented in a year. Both times it got screwed up and we had trouble getting our mail. Both times they made us confirm our IDs twice.

The establishment is very nice and clean the staff are friendly and welcoming they also help if you need help and are willing to awnser any questions that you may have and are informative at check out.
