Pick literally any other pharmacy. Took them 8 hours to fill my husband post op prescriptions. No meds all day after surgery. I came through 3 separate times and was told to come back in and hour and a half each time. They never had them. Asked me to wait til tomorrow and got annoyed with me when I said I would like them today.

Walgreens hasn’t been my favorite pharmacy only because they’re always so backed up and it takes awhile to get a prescription filled. When I go in for same day prescriptions, there’s always like a 4 hour wait for me to be able to pick it up….I swear!
So, I only use the Walgreens pharmacy when I HAVE to because my main pharmacy is closed or something. It’s unfortunate but true, and I think that truth is what people want in the reviews they read because otherwise what would be the point?!??
Now, when it comes to Walgreens the store……they always have everything I need when I need it & great customer service staff too. I love their rewards system through using a phone number with all things not just medicines. And our Rexburg store is always pretty dang clean too! One of my favorite things is how the store sells a couple of the local high school’s attire like windbreakers, hoodies, and pajama pants. Woot~Woot 🥳

Went there to get a new passport photo. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were in and out in a couple of minutes. Great service.

A few years ago when we used this pharmacy to fill in our special needs son’s diapers prescription, they would always give us a day of when they’d have the diapers in. Then, when we went in to try to pick the diapers up a day or two after the day they told us the diapers would be in, they’d tell us that they didn’t have any in stock and that we would have to wait longer for them to come in. This happened so many times that eventually my husband got frustrated and ask the person at the drive thru pharmacy window on why they would say the diapers would come in on a specific day and when we would drive to get it then they didn’t have the diapers in? The employee decided to argue with my husband instead and told us we would just have to wait because they didn’t have it. Note that we understand things don’t always come in on time and we’ve given them grace for it so many times but when it has happened too many times that we can’t even remember all the times it had happened, then it’s too much. Also, we’re not always able to pick up the prescribed diapers on the same day it comes in but there’s no reason why when we pick it up 1-3 days after, for the prescription to not even be in. Just ridiculous. They had such bad customer service those few years ago but hopefully it’s been better for others now that it’s been a few years since then.

Below a previous root canal, I developed and infection. The dentist called in a prescription for an antibiotic. I went over to Walgreens to pick it up. I was told that it wouldn't be ready for an hour. I was actually told a specific time of 2:11 PM, so I went back to work and waited until 2:40 pm to pick up my prescription.I stood in a long line for the second time that day in horrific pain. Finally my turn at the cash register only to be told it wasn't ready yet!!! I haven't eaten in 3 days because of the pain. At this point, I'm missing work again, I'm hungry. I'm tired. I hurt like crazy. So I just told them that's fine, I'll wait right here at the cash register until it's done, which I did!! And they finally filled it. If this Walgreens location is this busy it seems like they should expand and get more help so that customers aren't put in the same predicament.

Their employees are super nice and are always helpful and kind. Their pharmacy has been pretty quick when I've gone, which I really appreciate!

Waited in line for 45 minutes. When I got to the front the pharmacist said it was lunchtime and told me to wait another 30 minutes.

Worst pharmacy in town for so many reasons. Please go anywhere else. Everything from insurance issues, extremely long wait times, general disorganization, and even mistakes filling out medications.

The pharmacy at this location has screwed up either insurance or prescription on three separate occasions. They seem to never have a prescription ready on time and are incredibly slow and unhelpful.
