I called 8 days in advance for an appointment to close my deceased mother-in-law's account. Wells Fargo confirmed the appointment via email for Rinda. I arrived on time and Rinda decided it best to work with some people who just came in to open an account. It took 55 minutes for her to accomplish that. All she said to me was "I'm sorry". From a customer who has been with Wells Fargo for over 30 years, it appears that Wells Fargo's management continues to push their personal bankers to open accounts and sell their brand rather than to assist a customer who had a standing appointment. I would give zero stars if this was an option. Not at all impressed with Rexburg, Idaho's branch of Wells Fargo. If all branches operated this way, Wells Fargo would be out of business within the year.

Always have had a good experience. But today was different ?. I hope the teller that I worked with has a better day! Because she should not be working with the public ? without more training on how to act with the public.

I have loved baking at Wells Fargo. I am always greeted each time I come in. Whenever I need to come in, whoever is working is quick to help. I have never had any issues or bad experiences with Wells Fargo or this specific location. I would definitely recommend banking here!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Wells Fargo. The local staff attempted to assist us, but kept getting conflicting information. The teller could see we were charged a late fee in an “account that had no late fees”. Him and a coworker reached out and filed a petition for refund. They were told it could not be processed until the next billing cycle, and we were told to come back in a month. The local employee said he left me a message, but must have been at the wrong number. I never received a voicemail. Came back into the Rexburg branch, only to learn that the request we submitted a month ago could not be processed because we were not on premise when Wells Fargo looked into it. Horrible banking institution that provided no answers, even to their own employees. Wells Fargo just offered a refund for half the fee, and only communicated via email. STILL NO PHONE CALL. Horrible customer service, and NO, I would not recommend doing any business with Wells Fargo at all. The local employees tried to help, but even they were given misleading information whenever they tried. Come on Wells Fargo………. Do better.

This is a great bank! The employees are the best!! Karina help us set up an account, and she was so helpful and nice!! Sadie is also very friendly! Wells Fargo is the best bank to go to and they make it very easy!!

If you want the most uncomfortable and awkward experience…deal with Marco. If I wanted to be racially profiled I’d go next door. I will be using a different bank for my future financial needs

Someone stole my debit card information, not sure how but they made thousands of dollars of fraudulent purchases in states across the country. I notified wells fargo about this and it takes 10 business days to settle the claim now my family is struggling because we have no money, I notified fox News about this. Wells Fargo should no longer be considered a safe bank.

Bank somewhere else at this point. I went in the other day to have Wells Fargo print off my bank statements this past year for taxes like I always do. I have been doing this the past 3 years and nobody has an issue with it. Some old lady comes over and interrupts my conversation with the teller and tells him they aren't doing it. I'm more than aware I can print this off at home, but I wont because you can with your ink and your printers. The old old ancient lady continued to tell me the bank does not have access to my cash wise Wells Fargo credit card statements. I then proceeded to call Rigby Wells Fargo who said not only could they pull those statements for me but they would also print off my requested documents. These employees will lie to your face if its convenient to them or saves the corporation they are working for a few dollars in paper and ink.

Wells Fargo used to be so good, I was with them for nearly 10 years, but thankfully got away. From the hidden fees and unhelpfulness from so many employees.Also the local branch is incredibly slow. I would never recommend doing business with them. And Wells Fargo at large. Plenty of other banks and credit unions. If you haven't left yet, run!

Extremely rude and will only break change or interact with account holding customers. Based on how their interaction was with me I don't know why anyone would choose to be customers.
