“Customer service is alive and well at the Rigby Carquest! Rodney and his team are so polite and knowledgeable! They won’t stop until they find you what you need. Whether it’s for a car or small engine, Rodney has always helped me find the parts I need. Most recently, he helped me find a radiator he needed for my truck. He did not have it in stock, but said the Advance Auto Parts in Idaho Falls did. When asked, he told me there is not an established delivery route between Rigby and IF. I stopped by his store about an hour later to pay for the radiator thinking I would have to drive down to town to pick it up, when it came walking in the door. I don’t know what deal Rodney had to swing to get that in for me today, but I sure am grateful. I highly recommend Rodney and the Rigby Carquest for all your automotive needs!”

“This O'Reilly auto parts center is pretty good, the guys that work here are always super nice, my only thing I would say is depending on the issue there doesn't seem to be quite as much knowledge among the staff about cars as you might find in other locations, and sometimes I have to warranty the new parts I get (however to my understanding that's not a them thing) but either way the guys take good care of your purchase and the warranty is always easy to get done”
