This weekend I checked off an item on my bucket list! Slalom skiing! I've tried for years to learn how and never accomplished it until now. I attribute my success to Bcome Fitness in Rigby. I've been taking classes consistently for 5 months and the instructors have provided a variety of classes and exercises that have strengthened my core, and provided me a total body workout. Also, my endurance is back from when I used to run long distances because of the aerobic exercises. I really love the 5:30 A.M. class instructors! They know what they are doing and isolate those muscles I didn't even know I had! I feel better and better every week. Now that I have the strength, balance and endurance I can accomplish my goals. I highly recommend Bcome Fitness!

I LOVE their Yoga & Pilates classes! Teachers are great, help you modify for bad knees, ankles...whatever your weakness is, while encouraging you to work harder each class. Absolutely LOVE it!
