Customer service is alive and well at the Rigby Carquest! Rodney and his team are so polite and knowledgeable! They won’t stop until they find you what you need. Whether it’s for a car or small engine, Rodney has always helped me find the parts I need. Most recently, he helped me find a radiator he needed for my truck. He did not have it in stock, but said the Advance Auto Parts in Idaho Falls did. When asked, he told me there is not an established delivery route between Rigby and IF. I stopped by his store about an hour later to pay for the radiator thinking I would have to drive down to town to pick it up, when it came walking in the door. I don’t know what deal Rodney had to swing to get that in for me today, but I sure am grateful. I highly recommend Rodney and the Rigby Carquest for all your automotive needs!

Calling all gearheads! They have done it! The new Carquest Auto Parts Store in Rigby is finally completed and is open for business.
This new store is custom designed by Carquest and puts everything at your fingertips. Everything is easy to find. There are also back counter and in-store inventory that needs the helpful assistance of an associate to find or access for you. The inventory is massive, and more inventory is on the way.
Take a peek at the comprehensive set of photos that I’ve posted, then go into the store to shop in-person to get what you need — convenience here in Rigby.
Expanded parking lots are next on the agenda.

I used to love shopping here, now I will drive to Idaho Falls before I shop there. Ever since they changed ownership, I have not had a good experience there. Today, I waited for 20 min to get checked out by the most unfriendly checker possible. Not only was there only one register open while there was a line of 15+ people, but she was rude and very unhelpful. An elderly lady waited in line to ask for a simple thing, and the checker couldn't be bothered to help her or call anyone to help her. She just brushed her off. Then, after standing in line for that long when I was walking out, there were 5 employees just goofing off in the garden center at the closed register.
