“I think Klim is one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. The supply chain, for whatever reason, seems to elude them. They are always out of inventory or the website does not agree with the internal systems that customer service appears to have access to. All that said, from what I can tell two things are constant: one, the people there really do care about creating a good purchase experience, despite their logistics and supply chain issues and second, they make the absolutely best touring gear on the planet, period. I really do hope they can get their logistics in order. Super products, super people, horrible systems.
All that said Megan in customer service is amazing and somehow managed to get an order to me at Amazon speed. Don't know how, but thankful she did. ;)”
