Delivered my food order to the wrong address in the wrong town 5 days late. I was out of country. My kids depended on the food while I was away. No apology given. They have delivered to my address many times. Why screw up now?

Package said out for delivery then claimed “customer refused” my sister and her partner were both home all day there was no attempt at delivering the package. It was a care package for her baby since she is getting induced tomorrow. I was informed this has happened to multiple people.

The worst showed up once never got out of the vehicle drove off, scheduled another delivery after pulled in away from the house didn’t get out of the vehicle didn’t look at house numbers left the package on an abandoned vehicle not even on our property, FedEx is the worst
