I love my Klim silver Latitude suit and Ridgeline boots...now 2y old. The suit keeps me warm and dry in the 40s...and if I wear shorts and t-shirt, I can be comfortable up to 90s if I'm moving with all the vents open. The boots with the boa laces make it easy to take off the suit in the parking lot without touching ground. It's expensive, but well made.

I purchased klim latitude pants and jacket. I would rate them a five stars except for the following issue. I ride a Harley Davidson and the exhaust pipes on the right side are close to where the lower leg is. I discovered a melted hole in my pants leg. I was surprised that the fabric was not designed to hold up to the heat, and leather has been added to the inside of the knee area, but I understand exhaust pipes can be very hot. I contacted their repair center and offered to pay for the repair if they could additionally add some heat resistant fabric/leather to the inside of the lower right leg. They declined to do that type of repair since it was not consistent with the design of the pants. so for those who ride Harley Davidson motorcycles, or any motorcycle where the exhaust pipes are down close to the right leg or left leg, be aware that the pants will melt if coming in contact for longer than an instant with the exhaust pipes.

I really can’t say enough about this store and company. Super friendly and helpful. I bought a bunch of stuff including a helmet and they even shipped my old helmet back home for me as am from far away. The products are the best quality and they have me as a customer for life.

Klim used to make great gear, but over the last couple years I haven’t had one product last longer than a season. Customer service couldn’t be more rude. No warranties on factory defects and no customer service. The picture shows boots that cannot be covered under warranty due “wear and tear”. Will never do business with Klim again, I would encourage others to do the same.

Great product if you expect 1-2 months of riding use.
I live close to the klim store in the heart of backcountry snowmobiling and the product durability has declined tremendously.
I’m lucky to get one full season of use out of my boots, gloves , monosuit, and baclavas.
Don’t even bother with warranty repair if you’ve used your product at all, complete waste of time.
I have a pair of klim gloves from ten years ago I still use to this day , with no stitching defects.
Loved buying stuff local but now I’m forced to go elsewhere or sew my klim gear back together if possible

Just purchased a brand new vailslide mono suit last week. Also spent almost 4K in klim gear for the family. It didn’t fit my fiancé. Never wore it out riding. They would not take it back. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! Will never in my entire life by a product from this company!!

I purchased a ripsa in Feb. and after 2 rides the seam ripped. sent it in for warranty. they did repair or replace ot it. But the one I recieved back has a ripped leg gator. And had a bunch of pet hair in the velcro, I have no pets. klim wants to charge me $85 to fix this. It was not ripped when I sent it in. I have tried a few emails. And they will not respond. Disappointed in the customer service and now the quality . If this is how they are, I will not be purchasing any more klim gear.

Wish I could give 0 stars. These guys suck. Paid 1200$ for a monosuit used it for 5 rides and a bunch of stitches came out, zipper ripped. I took it in and they had it for 3 weeks. Didn’t fix a single thing. They said I need to pay 200$ to get DEFECTS fixed. Buy klim if you want the Most expensive monosuit with the worst warranty

Edit: They're quick to respond here, but haven't returned my calls for 6 weeks!!!
2nd edit: Now my airbag vest, and Badlands Pro are falling apart. I only made it from Belize to Nicaragua! It’s been a month and this stuff is tearing at the seems. My airbag vest will no longer zip, making it deadweight!! DON’T BUY.
Somehow their gear is priced amongst the best gear in the industry, but their customer service is ABYSMAL. You can contract a plant in China to produce the same gear, with better customer support! I can’t believe I switched from BMW gear to Klim. It’s been nothing but headaches trying to get any real support.
The customer service representatives act like you’re bothering them, while they’re on vacation.

Was out west, looking for gear. Wanted to try on everything, make sure it fits. The KLIM sales team was OUTSTANDING! For as expensive as their gear is, their sales associates and customer service is second to none!!! I loved the experience of being at KLIM!

Sent in my monosuit for repairs on one of the zippers. They considered it under warranty, and completed the work as a customer courtesy. They got it done super quick, and I was able to get back out riding way sooner than I was expecting. Thank you Klim for providing excellent customer service, and a prompt turnaround!
