I went in there to get a fountain drink and I thought that maverick was doing a summer fountain deal so I put my number in and they charged me full price and I didnt have enough so I had to make an awkward walk to the truck to get some more money

06-26-2019 11:00 am Staff are indifferent towards customers they don't know. Although I am a frequent customer. Wanted to buy the $4.99 deal with the drink, chicken sandwich, and 2 pack cookies. They were out of the cookies. Lady at counter asks her coworker about 2 pack of cookies. Coworker says "someone else does that in the morning, not my problem." So I grab chips, I do not like the chips, I like the cookies. After paying I forgot to put my number in, I shop at maverick all over the area frequently, so every time I put my number in, I get points towards free or discounted purchases. Woman at counter shrugs and with her attitude says "too bad, nothing I can do about it now." Yes there is because it's been done before. Really don't appreciate people who have such poor customer service and indifference towards their job and customers.

This store is usually great, but the older lady that works at night is very argumentative and limited in training. When I come here, I'm very simple. I usually just get a fountain soda. I did complained that it was flat. She kept on stating, "I don't know how to change anything." Then she became argumentative by making the statement, "Well, I haven't had a complaint all night. " Well that may be, but I'm complaining now. My suggestion would be to avoid scheduling her, until she gets the training that she so dearly needs and gets briefed on consumer services. I will pass the word on to another friend who is a store manager at one of the Idaho Falls location and see if they can get the word passed on to help this lady out. Other than tonight, I have never had an issue here.
