This O'Reilly auto parts center is pretty good, the guys that work here are always super nice, my only thing I would say is depending on the issue there doesn't seem to be quite as much knowledge among the staff about cars as you might find in other locations, and sometimes I have to warranty the new parts I get (however to my understanding that's not a them thing) but either way the guys take good care of your purchase and the warranty is always easy to get done

I am a huge O'Reilly fan. I am an certified mechanic and I trust there parts. Today I had help from a Brenda. Very sweet and helpful.

I told my granddaughter to go to O'Reilly and get some wiper blades and they would put them on for her. She got there and nobody would help her find the right one. Then somebody helped her. She wanted them to put them on for her.
Not very happy with O'Rrilly not helping my granddaughter. They never helped her put them.

Employee quoted me $230 for a set of headlight bulbs! Evidently must have been a new employee or something. I went down the way to CarQuest and was quoted $35 for a set AND they helped me install them. I now know where I will go next time I have a need for parts. CarQuest has won my business.
