I have been with this bank for 20+ years, when I started with this bank the bank use to work for the costumer. Now they don’t care if you are being helped or not. Will be finding a new bank.

I came in to verify my SS# and the banker who helped me was over confident for her lack of experience and knowledge. I spent an hour there and thought my problem was fixed… I later received a letter in the mail saying that the bank still couldn’t verify my SS# . I was frustrated because she had not fixed my problem even though she was so confident that it was taken care of. She wasted my time. I finally got my problem sorted out on the phone!

Probably the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. I have tried closing my account for weeks now and they always have an excuse as of why I can’t. The people who work there are so unprofessional and not well trained. I get different stories form different people I talk to. I Will never bank with Wells Fargo again. If they ever allow me to close my account I hope to never see them again.

I have banked with Wells before, have home loans with them and even had a student loan with them at one point. I keep coming back because they have excellent service and problems are addressed quickly. This branch is no exception. The people are courteous, friendly, and helpful.

My Business Partner and I opened up our personal and business account today with Brennan Ray at the Rigby Idaho Location. Customer Service A+. The staff and Brennan are great at taking care of your needs. I would highly recommend this location. Brennan hands down is the best!!!! Glad to be doing business Wells Fargo and with him!!!!

I was placed in charge of a Pennies by the Inch drive sponsored by my church. Since the church banks at Wells Fargo I thought it would make sense to take all the cash and change and have them convert it into a counter check. I walked into the bank and before I could say anything the teller said, "You need to roll all the coins." I asked if they had a coin machine and was told no. I did not believe that a modern bank would not have a coin machine. Rather than spend hours rolling coins I went to my personal bank ICCU in Rexburg and was greeted by a helpful staff who had a coin machine and left very happy. I now understand why Wells Fargo has a stagecoach for a logo, their customer service is from the 1800s.
