First this driver was going at least 45mph in a 25 mph constructions zone on an overpass, cut a semi off almost making it rear end her, only to try and force us (next to them) and the car in front of them off the road or hit us or them when clearly the lane was merging due to construction and as everyone with a license should know, let alone a paid driver, zipper merge not force your way. Very disappointed and actually quite concerned that this is the type of driver that is hired to drive individuals to and from medical appointments. This driver clearly does not understand road construction and how to merge safely while professionally driving. You should be ashamed of who you hire, I will be sure to spread the word around to not use your services.

As an ex employee. I started six months ago. I was really exited for this job I thought it would be good paying and something I could be proud of. Part of this was true. I was very proud of this work however the pay is garbage. They start you at 9$ an hour but if you drive wheelchairs you get 10. After 3 months you get a .25 cent raise. I worked holidays and did not receive holiday pay. Then on my last paycheck they took almost all of it for a drug test when I started and also a background check that they didn't even have to pay for. That was probably the work of Mike. He's very intimidating and has no respect for his employees and if you make a mistake he will threaten your job. John however is a very good guy and is more personable.

Please do not use this service. If you are in the Magic Valley there are other much better options. I did not know we had other options as MTM schedules our rides but you do. I would have changed sooner had I known. Unsafe drivers (not all there were, some we loved) and poor management that does not know how to handle situations. They will mark you as a no show even though they are the ones missing the appointment (I suspect it because they can still collect money). No Class, No honesty, and doing the bare minimum to collect a dollar.

I have been using a to b services for a couple of months twice a week from Buhl to twin. Every driver that has given me a ride has always been on time and very professional and always a friendly face and a pleasant ride.Thank you

Took a week long bus trip with 40 people to South Dakota. Steve was our driver. He was very accommodating and provided outstanding customer service. The bus was comfortable and clean. Had a great experience.

Wow! What a great driver. Steve was professional all day every day for our 8 day trip to the badlands. He was considerate and hard working, ensuring everyone in our bus was well taken care of. I highly recommend Steve.

Steve was a dream bus driver. I always felt safe and he was very accommodating. It was a long trip to South Dakota but we had plenty of stops. He always thought of our needs.

Got stranded in another state with my choir one trip and we had to stay the night in a Denny’s parking with broken ac. Another trip the bus driver was rude af. Now we’re just leaving the parking lot and the lights won’t work, our dvd screen is damaged, and we exited the parking lot through the entrance ? please pray for our safety bc I don’t think we have a competent driver ??

He waited for over a hour to make sure I didn't have to try to walk home, I have hard times walking now. Especially when it is hot.
