“Purchased a trailer from these guys about 5 months ago. Lights and mudflaps have been messed up since I bought it . Sharp edges rubbed holes in the tarp. Got a bill to fix these things for 1450$ and I supplied the tarp. I am not pleased and will be doing everything I can to not return.
I talked to Jake Barclay and was told to forget about the bill and that any other issues with the trailer would be taken care of under the warranty that came with the trailer. Problem Resolved, Thank You Jake.”

I originally stopped in just to get an estimate for repairs on my vehicle. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. After I left, I realized I needed to ask what I should do to cover my broken back windshield until I decided where to have the repairs done. I went back, and Korbyn immediately had another employee cover my rear window for me without hesitation.
At that point, they had no idea whether I was even going to choose their shop for the repairs. That simple act of kindness spoke volumes about the kind of people they are. They went above and beyond before they ever knew if they'd earn my business, and that meant a lot to me.
Once my vehicle was in the shop, the experience only got better. Every time I had a question, they were quick to answer, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the repairs in just two days. Other shops had quoted me at least a week, so I was incredibly impressed by both their efficiency and the quality of their communication.
