I unexpectedly got stranded in Rupert, on my way home to Twin Falls. My serpentine and water pump belts broke. Schow’s was referred to me and with a quick phone call, they verified they had the necessary parts and got me right in! The prices were very reasonable too! I was SO thankful! I definitely would use them regularly if I lived in Rupert!

Came here 10 minutes before closing just needed one real quick part and the guy standing at the door shoot me away like waved his hand and everything yeah you're not closed yet good business good business

Absolutely terrible customer service by their service department guy Chris.
I dropped my car off while they were closed. Called them in the morning and asked them read the codes and let me know.
I ended up calling them back two days later. And the guy started working on the thing without even checking with me first…. And he goes on to tell me he even can’t fix it and I have $220 dollar bill?
Absolutely do not recommend there service department

Such helpful & friendly staff! I dropped in from out of town because my rental car from Salt Lake City warning light went on indicating low tires. A young man checked the tire pressures and everything was fine; he said it was common for the warning lights to malfunction for tire pressure. He didn’t charge me, just gave me a warm smile and d sent me on my way. As a woman driving alone, I highly value a business like this. Thanks very much!

The mechanics are good but the way they treat people's cars is horrible. I took my Honda civic so they could fix the alternator but my left door can't open. They messed up the latching mechanism and the door handles from inside and out on my left front door.
