The mechanics are good but the way they treat people's cars is horrible. I took my Honda civic so they could fix the alternator but my left door can't open. They messed up the latching mechanism and the door handles from inside and out on my left front door.

Their parts are great at good value but their car repair shop is horrible. For some weird unexplained reason people who have small car problems end up having to take it back for more serious problems. Sometimes I wonder if they are causing harm themselves to the cars so that the client can comeback.
