Layne quoted me and did the work for me. My truck ended up being a colossal pain! Despite the extra work and time he stuck to my quote. I got a beautiful 6” lift on my brand new pickup. This was the first lift I’ve ever bought. I could not be happier. Big thanks to the crew!

I pulled up just looking to get my air checked in my tires possibly look and see if I needed a plug or a patch. I walked into their lobby stood there and waited 20 minutes. Not one person even acknowledged my presence. 3 different guys looked at me then actively avoided looking in my direction. Nobody in the lobby. I got pissed and left. Never going to these guys again.

Flat tire westbound I84. Made it to Laynes shop in Rupert, ID. He and his staff were top notch!! Friendly and professional!! Back On the road in less than an hour. Highly recommend!!!!!

An incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff we were traveling through. They were able to take care of us right away and made sure our vehicle was safe and operating properly we were in need of alignment and their advanced equipment was able to get everything straightened out and in a timely manner, we are so grateful That we came across this place and we highly recommend it

Yesterday while i was work my gf took my car there to have my tires looked at for any leaks and later a tire rotation with our 4 year old in the back seat. When she pulled into the bay, they lifted the car with both of them still inside the car and began working on it. Terrible. No one at any point stopped this from happening.

On our way to Reno we unfortunately got a flat tire on the freeway. We were able to limp along to about 3 miles away from les schwab. We gave them a call and they sent out their service truck because we didn't have a spare. They arrived within about 15 minutes. It did take some time to get a spare because they had to go to another location to get the correct tire, but we were more than happy to wait because it was covered under warranty. Didn't catch the service guys name but he did a great job and checked the tire pressure on our other tires for us. Overall extremely happy with the quality and speed of the service.
