The lady there is very rude and very unprofessional. We recently stopped getting our mail dropped off at our house so I went to the post office to pick it up when I got there and asked her she raised her voice at me and told me there isn’t nothing for me but it says held at post office. (Wasn’t the first time this happened)

I have always received great service from everyone at this office. But, to close for an hour over lunchtime every day is ridiculous. A public, government office that is supposed to be serving the public closes at lunchtime? I have other things to say in my mind but I'll leave it that. Ridiculous!!

The staff is awesome & our mail carriers are working their tails off. I wish the hours at the Rupert post office were more convenient though. Prob the most inaccessible hours of any post office I’ve been to including tinier towns.

I am so unimpressed with the Rupert post office these past few months. From not receiving packages, having help mail being delivered, and now the delivery driver parking on my lawn to drop a package off….. I watched them drive onto the lawn. Just leave a damn package pickup notice if it’s that big of a deal, come on….

When I started mailing on a regular basis, about 5 yrs ago, I only went to this location once. The staff was incredibly rude, so I choose to drive further to the Heyburn location. With my work schedule being what it is now I have no choice but to use the Rupert location. Pleasantly surprised by how far they've come in being helpful and kind! I've had no problems since coming back.

The staff here is great. We were able to get all of our passport paperwork done, pictures, and payment done in less than 30 minutes.

The current staff is AWESOME! I have been doing business with this post office for over five years. I use to dread going there but now it’s a pleasure. The staff makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. Definitely a great improvement!

Why can’t I give no stars? Older lady is extremely rude and you don’t dare go in. I called after I went in and she was just as rude to answer questions. I will continue dealing with Heyburn and their staff when I have issues.
