We love Giant Storage in Sagle. The location is very convenient. The facility is safe, secure and easy to access. Price for a unit is very reasonable. The service is outstanding ! Immediate response when we needed another storage unit, or when we are done with one. Highly recommended.

Giant Storage is the best facility I have found that hits all the top marks in my opinion: Gated, secure, clean, affordable and well lit. Units are accessible and clean. They are even on top of snow removal so I can get to my unit with ease. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Best facility I’ve seen! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Staff is great, lights over your unit come on if you’re there after dark. Place is kept clean and tidy and is very secured. I would recommend all day long. Prices are very, extremely fair.

Giant storage is the most secure and well maintained storage unit facility in bonner county. Very fair pricing that doesn’t change all the time. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I’ve been renting storage units here for over 10 years and continue to stay because of how well I’m treated. These people care about keeping their customers happy.

"I love this facility"!! Giant Storage recently acquired and Managers John and Roni who are absolutely fantastic, transitioned with them which made me very happy! For the few years now I have rented units from them, they have always treated me with professional and courteous attitudes when visiting the office and on the phone. The buildings, units, and the grounds are always well kept for our four seasons here in North Idaho. Very welcoming day or night with the lights and security for that piece of mind. It definitely makes visiting the facility a pleasure. Now with the recent expansion of more units, I highly recommend them so more people can experience the same outstanding quality service!

These guys really are the best. Over the years I’ve rented a storage unit at most on the places in and around sandpoint. Let me just say, there is no better than Giant storage (formerly Bonner Storage Station). I have two units here. John who runs the facility is kind, helpful, and very accommodating. I haven’t had any issues with going to my unit in the winter and ever having snow in front of it either, which is a big deal up here. They are on it and plow as soon as possible every time. I also feel very safe keeping my stuff here as everything is well lit and their security system is top notch. I would highly recommend renting here. They treat their customers right!

This Place is Great! John and his Wife are a very Nice and friendly Couple. I have had a unit there for a bit now and it’s been Awesome! Well lit at Night, Clean, Gated with Video Security! No worries with Security in that respect. I feel comfortable when I’m there, and when I’m not! What more could you ask for?! There’s more! They do an amazing job with the snow removal as well in the winter! They are on it! You’ll never have to worry about any snow or getting stuck! Grateful for that! All in all really impressed with Bonner Storage Station and all they do to Accommodate! - Kyle
