I hope the post master knows they have a rockstar in (I'm terrible with remembering names) but Laurine I believe it was. She set up my PO Box and was so friendly, sweet and always smiling. I knew I was in good hands if she was helping me. She helped me above and beyond every time I was there. It doesn't seem like she gets a lot of help from the other workers there but still she works hard, kicks butt and gives service with kindness. If you guys ever are considering giving someone a raise I nominate her! I'm moving out of state to go back by family and I will miss getting to interact with her. Don't mess it up, make sure you keep her. Sincerely, former box 903 :)

My package has been sitting at this location for days. They don't appear to do the jobs they were hired for. I will have to drive to this location and get the package myself since they allow packages to be dropped off at this location but won't actually deliver the packages. Pretty crazy these people are getting paid good money but don't do what they're hired for. UPDATE: they have now lost my package. I entered the post office and at first she refused to help me at all. Finally after explaining multiple times what the issue is it clicked in her brain and then I got the news the package is lost. I don't understand how this place is actually allowed to operate I've never come across a business as unprofessional and chaotic as this one. 0 stars for this joke of a post office. Children could run it more efficiently. Shame on the postmaster he should be embarrassed and ashamed and step down and let someone with education take the role.

The USPS at Sagle Idaho and probably in other places is not capable of delivering mail and especially Amazon packages. Employees state they have too much mail/packages. Amazon should know how UNeasy it is to get our orders. UPS has the capability to deliver to our residence. USPS does not provide the service that is necessary for good customer service. It is either the local management or an overall, USPS countrywide ineptitude which is a governmental tendency!

I give them zero stars. They won’t deliver packages and make you drive to their facility and pick them up. Their reasoning is not valid.

A package was due today from Amazon. I used the PO tracking number. Tracking said it couldn't be delivered because the mailbox was full. I went to check the mailbox and it was empty. This rural route has no regular mail person. I have left notes in my mailbox to leave packages next to my gate. It is a 19 mile round trip to the PO.

Said that my package would not fit my mailbox when I have an abnormally large mailbox. They've also taken a package for me because they've delivered it to the wrong address

It's very pitiful I can't ever get my mail without having to always go to the neighbors and track it down !! There is no point in me even having a mailbox & they have been continuously made aware of this issue ! I guess if you work here you don't have to get it right & you can just put it where ever you want if I could give zero stars I would !! WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN THE MAIL SERVICE

I seldom actually go to the post office. However, my mail carrier, Brent, works out of this post office. He has served my community road for many years. He is the best. Friendly, professional, hard worker! Thank you, Brent!

I have lived in Sagle for mist of my life and can honestly say that the quality of service from USPS has deteriorated over the years to the point where I will choose ANY other carrier over them.

Just like all the other reviews, the employees here are rude and will purposefully add additional charges and force you to pay it before getting your package. They do it solely at their own discretion even though USPS CONFIRMS THAT THEY CAN NOT ONCE A PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT. Do yourself a favor and use UPS or FedEx instead of this location. They don't care about you or properly doing their jobs here
