“Jack and the crew are the best! A couple of weeks ago we damaged a tire on a large wheel loader beyond repair. There was not a replacement tire the correct size close enough to get us up and going quickly. Jack went the extra mile and called a couple competitors to see if they might have the right tire. As luck would have it one had a good used one that would work. Didn’t end there…Jacks service truck was tied up in Ashton and was going to be awhile, he asked the competitor if their service truck was available to go install it. I felt bad that Jack went to all that effort and didn’t sell a tire or get paid to install it. I offered to pay him for his time, he wouldn’t accept it and said the important thing is we quickly got up and going, come see us next time. Rest assured we will!”

“I was on a road trip from Texas to Yellowstone with my family when my Jeep Grand Cherokee started overheating on our first day heading into the park. I called several mechanics in the area, but most couldn’t take me in because they already had too many cars waiting. Thankfully, I found Vans Auto, and they went above and beyond to help me out.
They kindly moved up my service since I was traveling from out of town and even gave me a ride to Enterprise to rent a car while my Jeep was being repaired. The work took about three days because parts had to be ordered, but that ended up working out perfectly since we had planned a three-day stay at the park.
8 months later, after driving back home to Texas and through 100+ degree weather, my vehicle is still running perfectly with no issues. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and quality work. The mechanic was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me the part that was replaced and explain what caused the failure. I am back to using my vehicle on road trips.
